WEDDING CONTRACT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both wildaboutweddings.com and the client in writing.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: A deposit of one third of the total package cost is required at time of booking, together with the signed contract. Dates are reserved when the deposit is paid. Please make cheques payable to wildaboutweddings. An unconditional refund policy operates for a period of 14 days from receipt of this contract and payment.
BALANCE PAYMENT: The second third of the total package cost is required two weeks before the wedding date with the balance due three months after the wedding date or on completion of your album (whichever is sooner). Orders to be within two months of wedding for album to be completed in three months, if for whatever reason we do not complete the album within the three month period with an order in on time balance to be paid on completion. For Graphistudio Wedding Book packages balance due three months from wedding date or on completion of the approved PDF.
FEES: Our packages are inclusive of the services of one photographer from bride/groom preparations to first dance, travel within a 200 mile radius of our base, online image viewing (if requested), high resolution DVD or USB and the final album specified in your package. Also included is a pre wedding consultation to discuss arrangements approx a month before the wedding date. Additional re-prints require pre-payment and are delivered within 28 days, the cost of these will be those in force at time of ordering.
VIEWING: Your DVD or USB will normally be delivered 2-3 weeks from the wedding date.
COPYRIGHT: The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to wildaboutweddings. You may not copy the photographs taken under this contract, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means. Permission is granted for all photographs to be displayed and used by wildaboutweddings for competitions, commercial, advertising and internet purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond the control of wildaboutweddings, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CANCELLATION: From 14 days after booking the initial deposit is non-refundable, should a wedding be postponed rather than cancelled wildaboutweddings will endeavour to cover the new date subject to availability.
